Affirmations for Health
Below is an assortment of health affirmations.
Choose the ones you feel an attunement with.
Affirmations / Prayer condition the subconscious mind which then influences your consciousness.
They can be used in several ways. You can choose one method below or a combination.
You might want to write them daily in a journal.
Read them to yourself or aloud.
Post your favorites on cards and either carry them with you or tape affirmation cards where you will see them throughout the day.
Make a recording in your own voice and play it as you fall into sleep is a very effective method.
As you use your preferred method include mental visualization using as many of your five senses (sight, sound smell, taste, touch) as appropriate.
Also include different emotional feelings such as love, protection, nurturing, joy. Emotion is a fuel which makes affirmations more powerful.
Be aware of breathing deep into the abdomen. As if you are sending the energy inside yourself.
You can add your own affirmations.
Write them in present tense.
Write what you want, no “reverse” positives which would be using words such as no, never, not or don’t. For instance - I have no health problems. The correct version is I am healthy.
There are many different religions and spiritual beliefs. Some of the affirmations below use the word Divine. This word can be changed to one fitting your personal beliefs or eliminated entirely without effecting the affirmation.

Health Affirmations
I expect mental and physical health.
Every atom, every cell, every tissue in my body is constantly being renewed. All defectively formed tissues, cells and atoms are being released and carried away. New perfect cells replace them.
I let go of any past thought that created negative effects and replace them with thoughts of love and perfection. I radiate what I think.
I now accept only thoughts about the perfection of my mind and body. Only positive thoughts can enter my mind.
My subconscious mind knows it can continue the healing process entirely on its own. I give it permission to do so.
With each exhale, I release any past thoughts that create negative effects in my mind body or life.
Only thoughts of love and perfection can take root in my mind.
Love produces a magnetic positive healing current.
With each inhalation, I pull the vibration of unconditional love into every atom of my being.
I draw the Universal blueprint of health through my body with each breathe.
Every cell and atom of my body contains the Universal blueprint of health. I exhale everything that is not part of this health blueprint.
The Divine Mind that created my body is the mind that maintains my body. Divine Mind knows exactly what to do to keep me in good health.
Divine Love and Light flows into me filling my desires and radiates from me.
I now allow Divine Mind to flood my body with it’s perfection.
I now accept thoughts of the perfection of my body.
New doors of good now open for me.
I release unhealthy mental and emotional congestion from the past. I feel lighter and healthier.
I claim the divine right to happiness.
I now direct my subconscious mind to recognize and allow only thoughts that create happiness, health and prosperity.
My body flows with the energy of divine perfection. My health is perfection. My organs, their tissues, muscles, cells and atoms all radiate divine perfection.
The intelligence within every cell and every atom in my body maintain my heath and well being.
Divine Order heals, prospers and guides me now.
Divine love and wisdom are united in me now.
I am the perfect expression of Divine Love, Wisdom and Intelligence.
Love transfigures. Love fills my body with harmony.
Love fills my mind with positive thoughts.
Love heals me and fills my life to overflowing with happiness and peace.
Divine love flowing through me transforms and heals me.
Love has healed me of every false thought and desire.
I allow love to manifest through me now.
With positive thought I grow perfect cells.
I forgive myself for past unproductive thought. Every organ of my body benefits from forgiveness.
I picture only the best for myself and others.

Maryann Laraia began studying the mind/body connection in 1971.
